Alexandru Tanase

Founding Partner

Alexandru Tanase graduated from Alexandru Ioan Cuza University in Iasi, Romania in 1994, currently undertaking a PhD at Mykolas Romeris University in Vilnius, Lithuania.

Alexandru Tanase has over 25 years of professional experience in the field of law and public administration. He has over 15 years of experience in constitutional law and human rights protection. He held the offices of Minister of Justice and President of the Constitutional Court. He is also an individual member of the Venice Commission.

He is a licensed attorney and has been a member of the Moldovan Bar Association since 1999. He is also the co-founding partner of Hanganu, Tanase & Partners.
