He has over 15 years of experience in constitutional law and human rights protection. He held the offices of Minister of Justice and President of the Constitutional Court. He is also an individual member of the Venice Commission.<\/p>\n<p>He is a licensed attorney and has been a member of the Moldovan Bar Association since 1999.
