Gheorghe Cretu graduated from Moldova State University (MSU) in 1988. He has been a member of ”Tanase & Partenerii” since 2013.
Gheorghe Cretu has a vast judiciary and academic experience and has been one of the pioneers who introduced the system of administrative litigation in the Republic of Moldova. He is specialised in civil law, insolvency and administrative procedure. He is a licensed attorney and has been the member of the Moldovan Bar Association since 1990.
